The only man who has ever been named MVP in both leagues, Frank Robinson was one of the most feared hitters of his day. Robinson retired with a lifetime average of .294 with 586 home runs. He later became the first African-American manager in big league history and was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1982.

This 35", 33.2-oz. game bat was used by 500 Home Run Club member and Hall of Fame outfielder Frank Robinson during the early to mid-1970's. The signature model "R186" bat is composed of top quality white ash and features well defined manufacturer's stampings throughout. Robinson's uniform number ("20") is written on the knob in vintage black marker. The bat is uncracked and displays light to moderate use including ball/hit marks on the back barrel and a light coat of pine tar on the handle. Robinson signed the front barrel in bold sharpie with his added inscription “586 HR’s.”  Includes a LOA from John Taube of PSA/DNA (GU7.5).

Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
