1972 Team Canada Summit Series (Canada vs. USSR) 10K Gold ring. Red stone on top with "CANADA" above. Red stone does have a couple of small chips to lower right side. One side covered with scenes of Canada(Wildlife, etc) with a Maple Leaf inside of a circle with Latin on the other. Inside stamped "BIRKS 10K". The accompanying letter states the ring was actually made by a company called "Eliot Bishop", that was used by Birks as a sub-contractor for some of their overflow work. Ring size 9 1/2. Weight 14 grams.

2/27/99 Letter from Harlow Meyer Savage Canada which sold the ring originally.
