Super Bowl VI was played on January 16, 1972 at Tulane Stadium in New Orleans, La. between the Dallas Cowboys and the Miami Dolphins. Dallas routed the Dolphins 24-3 with Roger Staubach throwing a pair of TD passes to earn MVP honors. Dallas remains the only team ever to prevent their opponent from scoring a touchdown in the Super Bowl. This magnificent 1972 Super Bowl VI ticket full unused ticket has been graded EX 5 by the experts at PSA.

This elusive black variation example is just one of two graded at this level with only two rated higher (both EX-MT 6), according to the PSA population report. In fact, only four have ever even received a grade from PSA; the other two in the registry (there are six total) were only slabbed "Authentic." An exceptional crease-free and bold-colored representation of this incredibly rare Super Bowl ticket, with just the slightest bit of edge and corner wear. SMR value is $15,000 making it one of the more valuable football tickets out there. We sold one of the two EX-MT 6 examples 18 months ago for $20,011.
