An impressive relic of ABA history in this 1971-72 Skeeter Swift game worn Pittsburgh Condors shooting shirt. Skeeter was an impressive athlete who was not only the first draft choice for the ABA's new New Orleans Buccaneers but was also selected in the third round of the NBA's draft as well as drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the 12th round of the NFL draft. Skeeter spent the entirety of the 1971-72 season as a member of the Pittsburgh Condors. The scarce shooting shirt dons "CONDORS" in bold lettering on the rear and a "23" sewn in on the left shoulder denoting Swift's number. A Wilson manufacturing tag is affixed on the back collar of the shirt. All lettering has been done in red on black tackle twill for excellent contrast on the yellow material. A metal 3/4 zipper is featured on the front. Shows excellent signs of wear with no alterations of any kind. A great fit for any serious vintage basketball collection. This lot is accompanied by a Basketball Hall of Fame LOA.
