The ABA was a colorful league, literally and figuratively, and the apparel from many of the teams is classic and iconic among basketball aficionados. Such a team was the Minnesota Pipers.
Presented here is a Rawlings size 42 warm up jacket in bold orange, with blue trim, the cool Pipers team name/logo in bold blue letters on the back. The jacket shows very limited wear (the Pipers only existed in the 1968-69 season).
The jacket is not attributed to a specific player, but one can imagine Connie Hawkins or Art Heyman looking quite regal in it!
