The 1967 College Football All-America team was chosen by members of the Associated Press (AP), United Press International (UPI), Newspaper Enterprise Association (NEA), Central Press Association, Football Writers Association of America (FWAA), American Football Coaches Association (AFCA), Walter Camp Foundation, The Sporting News, Time magazine and Football News. That year, the nation produced several outstanding players including Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback Gary Beban (UCLA), future Heisman Trophy-winning running back O.J. Simpson (USC), fullback Larry Csonka (Syracuse) and offensive tackle Ron Yary (USC). This lot includes an official Rawlings “All American 1967” stamped football with 20 signatures in green ink from the ’67 College All-America Team. The football and some of the signatures have faded slightly over time, but all are easily recognizable. A great piece of sports memorabilia for any true gridiron fan!
