Beautiful, fresh-out-of-the pack looking MINT PSA 9(OC) #31 Dick Butkus rookie card from the 1966 Philadelphia Football Set features outstanding color with a perfect picture image. Four razor sharp corners. Snow white front borders with squeaky clean front and back. Borderline off center card is a about 45/55 side to side and about 67/33 top to bottom. Only five unqualified MINT PSA 9's have surfaced in the hobby, with nothing rated higher.
