Smith, Lee, Cardenal, Rigney, Siebern, Kirkpatrick, Rubio, Lopez and Reichardt. 16 examples are personalized "To Bob" including Johnstone, Rice, Malzone, Egan, Piersall, Schall, Newman, Parker, Rodgers, Spangler, Satriano, Brunet, Burdette, Adcock, Wright and Fregosi.
