Fall Premier Auction 2019

The 1963 World Series proved the point that good pitching always beats good hitting. The series pitted the two-time defending World Champion Yankees against their greatest rival, the Dodgers. Though the Yanks featured one of the most fearsome lineups in the game, the Dodgers pitching staff of Koufax, Podres, Drysdale, and Perranoski gave up only four runs the entire series. There wasn’t a single instance when the Yankees had the lead, and mercifully the whole ordeal was over in four games.

This pair of 1963 Los Angeles Dodgers Press Pin Cufflinks are an amazing display of art, shaped exactly like Dodger Stadium. With “DODGERS” atop the cufflink and “WORLD CHAMPIONS 1963” at the bottom, the gold-colored Dodgers Stadium background makes a perfect pairing. They are in mint condition and fully functional, appearing as if they have never been worn. These cufflinks have the exact design as the Dodgers Press Pins from the 1963 World Series.
