1960 World Champion Pittsburgh Pirates 14K Gold World Series ring awarded to top minor league manager Larry Shepard. Shepard was manager for the Pirates Triple A top minor league club from 1958 through 1966, leading the Salt Lake City Bees and Columbus Jets to 3 first-place finishes. Real 45 point diamond sits on top, set within a raised image of Forbes Field with PITTSBURGH WORLD CHAMPIONS" surrounding. "PIRATES", "1960", and raised Pirates logo on one side with "SHEPARD", "S.L."(for Salt Lake), and a large "P" on the other. "JOSTEN 14K" stamped on the inside. Ring size 10 3/4. Weight 28 grams.
