ADDENDUM: UPON CLOSER INSPECTION IT APPEARS THAT ONE OF THE ROTATING ARMS IS A REPLACEMENT. ALSO, ON THIS REPLACEMENT ARM ABOUT 1" AT THE END HAS BEEN BROKEN OFF RESULTING IN THE LOSS OF THE CROSS PIECE AT THE END.

This circa 1960s H&B metal bat rack is both decorative and functional. Each of the six rotating “arms” is constructed to hold twelve bats, thus a total of seventy-two bats can be displayed at one time. Crafted by the esteemed H&B Company, it stands 4 feet high to the top of the original signpost (10-1/2" x 6-1/2"), which features the embossed lettering, "LOUISVILLE SLUGGER - BATS - HILLERICH & BRADSBY Co. - MADE IN U.S.A. - LOUISVILLE, KY." All of the rack's gold-painted metal components are original and unrefurbished, bearing only minor surface chips and handling/storage wear scattered throughout the surface. Functional yet attractive, compact yet with a sizeable capacity, this bat rack is an ideal display medium for the devoted collector of game-used or autographed baseball bats. The arms easily detach for transport, however due to the size and weight, the cost of shipping may be substantial.
