A seventeenth-round selection of the 1956 NFL Draft, University of Alabama alum Bart Starr proved to be quite the late-round bargain. For sixteen seasons, Starr thrilled Packers fans by showcasing his phenomenal arm and impressive decision-making ability. By the time he retired in 1971, the gridiron standout succeeded in leading Green Bay to six league championship games, winning five of those contests. The prominent field general gained induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1977

Graded NM-MT 8 by PSA. Bart Starr’s rookie card from the popular 1957 Topps football set features two well-detailed illustrations and brilliant orange and blue coloration. Perfect printing and image quality will make this high-grade Hall of Fame rookie card a standout in any collection! Just three copies of the "must-have" Packers item have been evaluated at a higher level. Nicely centered Near Mint to Mint condition.
