1956 World Champion New York Yankees Team Signed Baseball. The string of world champions from 1949-1956 had the name New York Yankees on it except for 1955 when rival Brooklyn took the title. This 1956 bounce back team captured the title with Superstar Mickey Mantle leading the way. Championship signed Yankees team baseballs are highly desirable and this is no different with key signatures such as Mickey Mantle, Yogi Berra and Phil Rizzuto on the sweet spot, Don Larsen, Whitey Ford and Skipper Casey Stengel just to name a few of the 27 total signatures. The ball shows some toning but the signatures look to rate a solid 8/10 with the overall condition being excellent for the age.
