Mickey Mantle turned in one of the finest-ever single season performances by any player in 1956, winning the Triple Crown and the American League MVP Award while carrying his Yankees to the World Championship. This signed 1956 Topps #135 card is a superb commemoration of that landmark season. The card features vibrant color and registration and shows minimal overall wear but has been severely trimmed at the left edge. Mantle added his perfect black ballpoint signature ideally placed below his portrait. Encapsulated by PSA/DNA and labeled "GEM MT 10" for the autograph.
