PSA GOOD 2 full unused ticket to Game 3 of the 1955 World Series between the New York Yankees and Brooklyn Dodgers played at Ebbets Field on September 30, 1955. This was the sixth World Series contested between the Yankees and Dodgers; the Yankees had won each of the five prior matchups (1941, 1947, 1949, 1952, and 1953). In Game 3, Roy Campanella's two-run home run off Bob Turley in the first inning put the Dodgers up 2–0, but in the second, Mickey Mantle hit his only home run of the series. This was Mantle's 5th HR in a World Series. Johnny Podres pitched a complete game as the Dodgers cut the Yankees' series lead to 2–1. Some slight staining on back. Very nice looking with no creases. Only five fulls have ever been encapsulated by PSA, and only only 2 are graded higher (other two are simply "Authentic"). Great memento from the city of Brooklyn's first and only World title.
