Left-hander Sandy Koufax recorded almost 2,400 strikeouts in only 11 years in the Majors Leagues. He is always at the center of all debates regarding the game's all-time greatest pitcher.
Presented here is a 1955 Topps #123 Sandy Koufax RC PSA EX 5. The young Koufax pictured here is fresh out of the University of Cincinnati, where he played both baseball and basketball.
Highlights of this cardboard treasure include a richly colorful and glossy front image of Koufax and a very clean reverse. Corners are strong for the grade and centering is just slightly off to the bottom left.
