ADDENDUM: THE RING IS NOT FROM ROY FACE. FACE PLAYED IN THE DODGER ORGANIZATION IN 1951 AND 1952, BUT SPENT THE WHOLE 1953 SEASON IN THE MAJORS WITH THE PITTSBURGH PIRATES. THE RING IS REAL, BUT THERE IS NO WAY OF TELLING WHO ON THE ROYALS IT WAS GIVEN TO ORIGINALLY.

1953 Montreal Royals Junior World Championship 10K Gold ring given to an unknown player/member of the organization. Real 15 point diamond set atop a beautiful Dodger blue stone. "MONTREAL JUNIOR WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONS" surrounds the top. Crossed bat, glove, and ball designs on both sides along with the year "1953". Inside stamped "Dieges & Clust 10K". Ring side 6 1/2. Weight 10 grams. Based on the small size it very possibly could be a woman's ring, given to the wife of a player or team official.

3/30/12 Letter from Paragon Auctions which originally sold the ring.
