Winners of the National League flag for the third time in six seasons, the 1952 Brooklyn Dodgers paced the circuit in runs scored (775), home runs (153), and on-base percentage (.345). Presented here is a panoramic photograph depicting that N.L. champion club. Displayed under black matting in a 54" x 13-5/8" wooden frame, this 47" x 7" (visible) sepia-toned photograph captures 41 Dodgers players and team personnel standing side-by-side at their famed Ebbets Field structure. The likes of Hodges, Snider, Reese, and Robinson are readily recognizable—as are telling features such as the bleachers, batting cage, and "Schaefer" beer advertisement on the scoreboard. The item shows apparent VG/EX to EX quality, with vertical creases throughout. Please note: Due to the size and/or weight of this lot, the cost of shipping may be substantial.
