Offered here is a unique historical piece from the World War II period: a multi-signed United States Savings Bonds booklet headlined by a Babe Ruth autograph. Ruth has signed the cover in bold blue foountain ink that appears 9/10 in strength and eye appeal. The booklet, dated 1941 by the U.S. Government Printing Office, holds a total of 50 Defense Postal Savings Stamps for a $5.00 cumulative value (82 years ago).

The booklet is also signed by 19 actors, actresses and entertainment celebrities of the time including: Roy Rodgers, Glenn Ford, Carole Landis, Roddy McDowell, Johnny Sheffield (portrayed "Boy" in Tarzan film series) in pencil on the back, Anne Gwynne, John Holland, Tom Keene, Dana Andrews, Jeffrey Lynn, Marjorie Weaver, Walter Abel and Sally Wadsworth, among others. There are four unidentifiable signatures, although two appear to be Marilyn Harris and Jane Frazier. The booklet itself belonged to Sue Ann Stout, whose name and partial address are written on the back. Includes full LOA from Beckett.
