Rare program to the 1939 National Football League Championship Game played at State Fair Park in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on December 10, 1939. This would be a rematch between the combatants in the previous year's NFL championship game. The game pitted the Western Champion Green Bay Packers(9-2) against the Eastern Champion New York Giants(9-1-1). Unlike the previous year this game was no contest as the Packers dominated the Giants 27-0 to win their fifth NFL Championship overall. 36 page program is loaded with numerous photos, player biographies, rosters for both teams, articles, league standings, statistics, NFL rules and period ads. Program has not been scored. It has been lightly folded vertically down the center at one time and has some other creases here and there but the spine is tight. Another early NFL Championship program in very presentable condition!
