This lot features a 1938 Goudey Bob Feller #288 PSA NM 7. 1938 was a pivotal season for the young fire-baller from Van Meter, Iowa. Feller went 17-11 and struck-out 240 batters. Had his baseball career gone uninterrupted, he would certainly be a 300-game winner and maybe even baseball's third 350+ game winner. This card shows nice color with slight edge and corner issues which is common for this set.
