Offered is a fine looking clear photo f Chuck Klein swinging the bat for some spectators during Spring Training on Catalina Island in 1936. The fans view the pro ball player with enthusiasm and we can only imagine the amount of priviledge these young spectators must have felt to be able to watch a private batting practice out on the island. Photograph is in fine condition and exhibits a small crease on the bottom edge but otherwise the rest of the photo is NM or better in our opinion. Verso is stamped, "REF. DEPT 3-24-36 N.E.A." and the "Acme Newspictures" stampings are just behind the caption. Encapsulated and authenticated TYPE 1 by PSA/DNA.
