The 1936 Cleveland Indians finished the season with a record of 80-74, good enough for fifth place in the American League standings, 22.5 games behind the front-running New York Yankees. This lot includes a team-signed official American League (Harridge) baseball signed in blue ink by 28 members of the team from that season including Manager Steve O’Neil across the sweet spot. Included on the sweet spot is the autograph of pitcher Oral Hildebrand. Other notable autographs include future Hall of Famers Earl Averill and a rookie by the name of Bob Feller who was just 17 years old at the time! All signatures are solid and rate 8-9/10 in our book.

Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
