Full game ticket from the 1933 World Series, Game 4 at Clark Griffith’s Stadium in Washington D.C. Encapsulated as AUTHENTIC, this ticket is one of only two ever holdered by PSA, making it an extremely rare ticket (the other is GD 2). The New York Giants defeated the Washington Senators in an 11-inning, 2-1 nail-biter. Carl Hubbell pitched all 11 innings and, with the bases loaded and one out in the 11th, was able to entice a game-ending double play. The Giants went on to finish off the Senators in Game 5 to claim their 4th World Series title.

The ticket remains in very nice condition, retaining its original colors and having fairly sharp corners and relatively straight edges. Some spider creasing and black stamp remnants on the front are present, but we are unsure as why it did not at least earn a number grade. Perhaps it was submitted simply for the lower-cost AUTHENTIC slab.
