How often do you get a chance to acquire a complete set of one of the most popular pre-war baseball sets from the collection of a former big leaguer who is actually in that set? It's a rhetorical question. Fresh to the hobby from the family of Fred Frankhouse (card #131 in this very set!) comes this extraordinary 1933 Goudey complete set (minus Lajoie, of course). A small number of cards are heavily creased and have pencil or ink marks. But the vast majority of this set are mid-grade in the VG-EX/EX range.
