Very neat capture of Babe Ruth and Colonel C.B Robbins, Secretary of War, on July 3, 1928. Ruth was signing a number of baseballs and bats for military standouts on this day. The International Newsreel Original News Service Photograph has been deemed Type I and encapsulated by PSA/DNA. The 6x8 photograph presents nicely with a clear image and detailed caption on the reverse.
