Pair of different 1925 Rose Bowl programs which would see Notre Dame's fabled Four Horseman pitted against Stanford's Hall of Fame All-American Ernie Nevers. Knute Rockne's Irish came into the game a perfect 9-0 while Pop Warner's Stanford squad was 7-0-1. This would be Notre Dame's first appearance in any post season game and their last until 1970. Notre Dame won easily 27-10 behind Elmer Layden's 3 touchdowns.(2 interception returns and one run) The two programs are:

1) Official 18 page souvenir program with images of both team captains on the front. Inside loaded with both individual player and team photos, team rosters and starting line ups, full team game results and season re-caps, as well as article about "Why Stanford represents the West today". Vertical crease down the center. Slight paper loss along front edges from being in an album at one time. Insides in very nice condition with program neatly scored in pencil.

2) 4 page unknown maker program has score card look and feel. Full rosters, officials, starting line-ups, and score card on the inside with list of penalties on the back. Has not been scored and in PR condition due to missing corners.
