Rare Type I original 8 by 10 news service photo featuring the an early image immortal Lou Gehrig along with 3 other members of the New York Yankee infield at Spring Training in 1925. Acme News Pictures photo show Lou Gehrig, Mark Koenig, Tony Lazzari, and Joe Dugan posed on the infield in Florida. Photo still has the original newspaper clipping identifying the players and describing the setting. Caption reads "IN THE SPRING THESE YOUNG MEN ARE FANCY. On every training field in the land the young hopefuls of the baseball world are performing valiant feats these days but will they continue to shine so brilliantly?" They go on to talk about how the young Yankee infield is off to a great start at St. Petersburg and identify the four players.
