Tough card of Yankee Great Babe Ruth from the 1922 E121 American Caramel baseball issue. Very well centered with a sharp black and white photo of Ruth. Most of the creasing is situated around the picture image. Relatively clean front with some very light area of soiling to a small area at the back center. Corners about G-VG. Only 6 cards rated higher by PSA.
