Over two pages of "The New Ebbett" Army & Navy Headquarters letterhead Mack addresses a friend on April 15th 1913 and discusses his teams prospects. Reads in part "players are all in good shape except for a few colds - team nver looked better...while they are young they can all lay some ball." Mack's instincts were correct as his 1913 A's would again defeat McGraws Giant in the World Series. All writing rates (9/10). Pages have punch holes at top otherwise EX-MT with typical folds.
