Very tough card to find of Don Carlos Ragan from the 1912 T207 Brown Border issue. Good color and great picture image. Almost dead centered. Clean front with some wear to the Broadleaf back. Corner wear is the main reason for the VG+ 3.5 grade. Only 4 VG-EX PSA 4's and 2 EX-MT PSA 6's rated higher.
