Super scarce UNCATALOGED T4 1911 Obak cabinet premium of Bloomfield, Portland NWL. Relatively clean back has "113" in pencil at the upper left corner. Beautiful picture with a crystal clear image. No pin holes. Corners look EX-MT to NM. No creases. Clean front aside from some flecks of black along the right edge. Card measures 5"" by 6 7/8". Slabbed AUTHENTIC by SGC.
