Outstanding group of 7 cards from the extremely rare 1911-16 T216 MINO Cigarettes issue, including 3 Hall of Famers. Overall, despite lower PSA grade, most still display decent eye appeal. After each we have listed the PSA population, however, the better card may not be a MINO, as they do not distinguish between the 3 brands - MINO, Kotton, Virginia Brights in their population report. They are all lumped together under the T216 People's Tobacco heading. Cards are:

Sam Crawford(HOF) (Small Print) PSA 1 PR - Strong color and picture. Well centered. Some creasing but not much damage to front surface paper. Fairly clean with some small light stains at top front. (1 higher)

Clyde Engle PR PSA 1 - Strong color and picture. Well centered. Major creasing at lower left and upper right, with some damage to spots on front surface. Some spotting and soiling to lower half of back. (1 higher)

George Gibson (Pittsburgh Nat'l, back view) PR PSA 1 - Displays much better than grade. Well centered with outstanding color and a great picture. Very light creasing. Clean front and back aside from a small area of soiling right at the top back edge. Assume corners main reason for grade. (1 higher)

Rube Marquard(HOF) PR PSA 1 - Nicely centered with good color and picture. Couple of creases which do not distract that much. Some staining across upper left corner. A few areas on back also. Upper right corner main problem. (3 higher)

Tris Speaker(HOF) (Glossy) FR PSA 1.5 - Displays MUCH better than given grade. Very well centered with fairly clean front and back. Good color and image. Corners worn but not that badly. Ding to upper right the most severe flaw. Still packs a lot of eye appeal for grade. (1 higher - in this auction)

George Stovall PR PSA 1 - Decently centered with nice color and image. Some creases but nothing that breaks front paper. Corner wear. Back clean but main distraction is on front where left center has light blue spotting. (1/1)

Heinie Zimmerman (3B) PR PSA 1 - Bright color with strong picture. A pair of creases which do not break front surface paper. Decent centering. Relatively clean front and back. Corner wear may be reason for grade. Still some eye appeal. (2 higher)
