Featured is one of the lesser known baseball cards of arguably the most well known player in the entire sports collecting hobby. This 1909 Dockman & Sons E92 copy of Honus Wagner throwing has been assessed and graded by SGC VG-EX 4. This extremely attractive example has a well focused image, bright & vibrant colors and really nice centering for the grade save for a bit of favorability top to bottom. Overall eye appeal is amazing on this VG-EX specimen. Borders are pretty clean and there is some light toninng around the edges as well. There have only been eight copies graded VG-EX by the firm and there are only seven copies graded higher according to the SGC consensus. These don't pop up for public auction regularly. Nice pickup for any serious vintage collector.
