During 13 seasons as a member of the five different teams, Waddell was a dominant strikeout pitcher in an era when batters were expert contact hitters. The lefty had three pitches in his repertoire: fastball, curveball, and screwball that aided him in leading Major League baseball in strikeouts for six consecutive seasons. This Sweet Caporal release depicts Waddell in a nice blue background portraiture in his St. Louis uniform and is graded 40 VG 3 by SGC.
