In 1908 Marquard compiled a remarkable 47 decisions pitching for the NY Giants, finishing with a 28-19 record. During the 1912 season, Marquard put together a single-season winning streak that still stands in winning 19 games in a row. The only black mark on his career was a ticket scalping scandal during the 1920 World Series. Offered is a rare autographed Marquard portrait example from the 1909-11 T206 Piedmont run. Accompanied by a full LOA from JSA for the signature.
