Really nice EX-MT PSA 6 George Perring (Cleveland) variation from the landmark 1909-11 T206 tobacco issue. Eye appelling with bright color and clean portrait image. EX corners. About 60/40 left to right and 50/50 top to bottom. Very clean front and back. Piedmont ad back.
