Presented here is a nice group of items previously displayed at the San Diego Hall of Champions that commemorates one of baseball's greatest moments: Don Larsen's World Series perfect game on October 8, 1956. It remains the only perfect game in postseason history, and the clutch performance in a pivotal Game 5 at Old Yankee Stadium broke a 2-2 series tie with the Brooklyn Dodgers. The Yanks won the Fall Classic in seven games and Larsen was named MVP.

First, we have an actual tickets stub from that memorable game, signed by Don Larsen himself in 8/10 black marker. The Upper Stand Reserved Seat is priced $7.35. The stub is glued to a display matte alongside the 10/8/56 Game 5 box score. The front of the stub presents in EX-MT condition,

Second, we have an 11" by 14" black & white photo of Hall of Fame catcher Yogi Berra leaping into Larsen's arms after the final out. Berra and Larsen have each signed the print in 9/10 dark blue marker. Larsen added the inscription "PG 10-8-56."

Third, we have a Don Larsen single signed OAL (Brown) lightly toned baseball with the inscription "1956 WS Perfect Game." And lastly is a dual-signed ONL (Coleman) ball with Larsen and David Wells, who threw a regular-season perfect game for the Yankees in 1998. Both are done in 7/10 blue ballpoint.

Letter of Provenance from San Diego Hall of Champions. Autographs pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
