Zelmo Beaty's 1972 ABA All-League First Team Award plaque from the personal collection of the Basketball Hall of Fame center. Award features a large portrait image of Beaty on one side with smaller game action photos on the other. Beaty played 12 seasons in the NBA and ABA, averaging 17.1 Points Per Game and 10.9 Rebounds. The 3rd pick overall in the 1962 NBA draft he played 7 years with the St. Louis/Atlanta Hawks(NBA) and 4 with the Utah Stars(ABA), before finishing off with the Los Angeles Lakers(NBA) for one final season. In 1970-71 he led the Utah Stars to the ABA Championship averaging 23.2 PPG and 14.6 RPG. Award in nice condition with a couple of scratches to the wood. Plaque measures 13" by 15".
