Featured here is a stunning sepia tone 8x10 original photograph of Lou Gehrig selecting a bat with a nearly perfect PSA MINT 9 signature at the bottom right. Gehrig's salutation and signature read, "To With Kindest Personal Regards - Lou Gehrig" and present flawlessly in 9/10 black fountain tip pen. What makes this offering so unique is that the inscription was not personalized and was likely given to Gehrig's attorney to then be filled in for specific clients or acquaintances. Perhaps that person could be the next owner, if one dares to un-crack the jumbo holder. The photo exhibits little to no perimeter wear. A truly high-grade treasure of the Iron Horse both in imagery and penmanship. Accompanied by a full LOA from JSA and encapsulated by PSA/DNA with Mint 9 auto grade.
