Spalding Official Top-Flite 100 basketball team signed by all 18 members of the 1972-73 UCLA basketball team game used in the January 27, 1973 contest against Notre Dame in which the Bruins set an NCAA record with their 61st consecutive win. UCLA easily handled the Irish 82-63 in a nationally televised game from the South Bend campus. Signers on the ball are John Wooden, Gary Cunningham, Ducky Drake, Leo Friedman, Vince Carson, Casey Corliss, Tommy Curtis, Ralph Drollinger, Larry Farmer, Gary Franklin, Larry Hollyfield, Greg Lee, David Meyers, Swen Nater, Pete Trgovich, Bill Walton, Bob Webb, and Keith Wilkes. Very easily readable 7-9/10 black marker signatures on a lightly used basketball. Inscribed on the ball in black marker is "NCAA RECORD 61 IN A ROW UCLA (82-63) NOTRE DAME". "NOTRE DAME" imprinted into side of ball. Historic college game used basketball!
