This trio of baseball immortals share the distinction of being honored among the inaugural class of inductees to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1939. This display incorporates a jovial image of Speaker, Cobb, and Ruth in 1928. This year is confirmed by the Athletics uniforms donned by Speaker and Cobb, as they teamed up for that season alone, which was the last for both men. The photo is matted with bold cut signatures of each, with Speaker and Cobb in ink, and Ruth's being a very large example in pencil. Framed to an overall size of 15 ½ by 15 ½ inches.
