This lot features a trio of former San Diego Chargers stars’ individual team Hall of Fame induction prints. The three players include NFL Hall of Famer, Ron Mix, an offensive tackle who played for the Los Angeles/San Diego Chargers for 10 seasons (1960 to ’69); Gary Garrison, a wide receiver who began his pro football career with the Chargers and played 11 seasons (1966–1976) for them in the AFL and NFL. He was a four-time Pro Bowler, including a year as an AFL All-Star with the Chargers in 1968. The third print features Ernie Ladd, a standout defensive tackle for the Bolts from 1961 to ’65 who went on to a successful career in professional wrestling. All three players were inducted into the Chargers Hall of Fame and these are the framed-and-matted prints they were awarded upon induction. Mix’s framed-and-matted print measures 21.5” wide by 30” tall, Garrison’s measures 26.5” wide by 33” tall, and Ladd’s measures 21.5” by 26” high. Each of the frames includes engraved nameplates and both Garrison (Nov. 3, 1985) and Ladd’s (Nov. 29, 1981) include the dates of their respective inductions.
