Presented here is a stunning pair of original 1985 Air Jordan I sneakers incredibly well-preserved in near-mint condition. Better yet, both shoes have been neatly autographed by their namesake. The iconic white/black/red colorways that MJ coined his "Devil" shoes were worn by His Airness for the majority of his 1984-85 rookie season. When Nike first released the shoes for the public back in ’85, they retailed for $64.99. Today, even a well-conditioned ’94 retro pair will cost you in the thousands—and that’s without Michael Jordan’s authentic signature!

Designed by Peter Moore, the OG Air Jordans are true grails for any Sneakerhead, and these are easily the best-conditioned retail specimens we have ever handled. They exhibit little to no wear, with just the slightest bit of powdering to the black leather around the upper ankles. There is very light creasing in the leather uppers and mids, and we see no signs of rubbing or rubber degradation to the outsoles. The famous Wings logo looks like new and the black laces appear to be the originals. The insoles are both present and intact, the right one showing a bit of fading on the Nike logo. They come in size 11.5 with the all-important “11½ 850709TH" stamped within each inner ankle to denote its Nike manufacturing date (July 9, 1985).

You will be hard-pressed to find an OG example in the hobby that has aged this well. Jordan has elegantly signed the inner-facing ankles of each shoe in 8/10 black marker. Includes full LOA’s from PSA/DNA for each MJ autograph.
