Broncos quarterback Payton Manning started off the 2013 NFL season with a bang by tying the league record for touchdown passes in a single game. Manning threw seven TD strikes to sink the Ravens, 49-27, putting his name in the record books alongside Y.A. Tittle, George Blanda, Adrian Burk, Sid Luckman and Joe Capp as the only players in the history of the game to do so. This football was used during that historic game. The Wilson official game ball carries the special “Kickoff” logo and is embossed with “BALTIMORE RAVENS. DENVER BRONCOS SPORTS AUTHORITY FIELD AT MILE HIGH STADIUM - SEPTEMBER 6, 2013.”

The ball has been signed in 9-10/10 shiny silver marker by Manning who has added “27/42 - 462 Yds - 7 TD’S” inscriptions to commemorate his historic feat. On a separate panel, one of Manning’s favorite targets that day, tight end Julius Thomas, has also signed the ball in silver with his “#80” and impressive game stats of “5 Rec 110 yds 2 TD” neatly inscribed. Sharing the same panel is Broncos kicker Matt Prater’s silver autograph and inscription of “7xpm 8tb” to denote his number of extra points made and touchbacks. Additional "K" identifiers flank the Wilson stamping with one reading "K5". The ball shows evident game use with some scuffing and wear to the graphics on the leather surface. Manning’s signature and inscription remain clear and bright against the dark surface.

The ball comes with a COA from the NFL and PSA/DNA (N98950) for the game use. Includes Steiner COA and Fanatics hologram (1094788) for Peyton’s autograph and inscriptions.
