From Oakland A's star third-baseman Sal Bando comes his very own 1974 MLB All-Star Game ring made of 10-karat gold. Bando belted 22 homers and drove in 103 runs in 1974, helping Charlie Finley's boys cap off their third straight World Series title. He was named as a reserve for the American League, but did not get into the NL's 7-2 victory over the junior circuit. The size 10.5 ring features a lovely Linde star sapphire stone (purple) centered on front, with "All-Star 1974" on one shank and the design of a baseball flag with the word "Baseball" on the other. Bando's initials "S.B." are hallmarked inside the band along with "10K" and "L*" [Linde Star symbol]. The ring shows quite a bit of wear, but its aesthetics are still in tact and it presents nicely. Comes with LOA from Sal Bando.
