18" by 15" framed proclamation and medal make an attractive display. Certificate is signed by Boston Mayor John F. Collins and dated February 23, 1965. Signature is faded rating a 3-4 out of 10. Distinguished Achievement medal is attached to the back of the frame and drapes over the front, hanging next to the certificate by it's purple ribbon. Framed has a few dings and scratches, the ribbon for the medal has a few stains. EX.
