Red's 1964 season, in which he coached the Boston Celtics to their sixth consecutive championship, was recognized by the Touchdown Club of Columbus, Inc. with the presentation of this 12" tall decorative silver plated coffee pot. Engraved on the side is the inscription "PRO BASKETBALL COACH OF THE YEAR - 1964 RED AUERBACH BOSTON CELTICS Presented by the Touchdown Club of Columbus, Inc.". The Touchdown Club's emblem appears at center. Includes a letter of provenance from the Auerbach estate.
