Highly desirable original ring as presented to Raymond Berry displaying a blue faux stone top face with inset player head in helmet decoration. "Pro Football's Hall Of Fame" has been lettered around the edge. "Berry" name is listed at top of one shank with a game action scene below. "Elected 1973" is noted at bottom. Other shank has a rendering of the Hall of Fame building and has his "END" position at top. Marked "Balfour 10K" on interior band. Size 10 1/4 with evident wear throughout from age/handling and the ring band was adjusted from slight disfigurement due to use. Blue field on top has some surface scratching. One of the more notable player Hall of Fame rings to have been offered at public auction. Includes letter of provenance from Ray Berry.
