We present the HIGHEST GRADED PSA example (EX 5) of a ticket stub from this iconic 1927 World Series opening game. The Yankees had Babe Ruth and Gehrig at the height of their powers and the Pirates featured the Waner brothers and Pie Traynor.

New York edged Pittsburgh 5-4 at Forbes Field in front of 41,467 fans. One of them had this ticket. The Bronx Bombers won behind a 3 for 4 performance from Ruth and Gehrig 1 for 2 with 2 RBIs.
